You're responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of vendor documents you upload.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features support your workflow but do not make compliance decisions.
User responsibility for final review
Final review and approval of any vendor document is the user's responsibility.
Payment and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

Termination
